NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
Please take notice that two (2) public hearings will be held at the Board of Appeals Meeting at the RED RIVER TOWN HALL on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 7:00 PM and 7:15 PM for the following:
- Request by George O’Hearn for a variance from the 10’ side yard setback required by Section 10.0307 E. to install a shed on the North side of the home on Parcel 31 018 1ASR38 located at N9559 Bay Shore Lane. Said parcel is zoned Single Family Residential District – RS.

- Request by James & Stephanie Beaupre for a variance to exceed the height requirements under Section 10.0404 E. 3. to replace the existing accessory structure on Parcel 31 018 17.101 located at E0517 Bader Road. Said Section limits the heights of an accessory structure to be no higher than 14 feet to the peak or no higher than the height of the principal structure on the parcel. Said parcel is zoned Rural Residential District – RR.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board and/or Plan Commission may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject in which they may have future decision-making responsibilities. All interested parties are invited to attend.
