NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Board of Appeals Meeting at the RED RIVER TOWN HALL on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 7:00 PM for the following:
Request by Emily Gohr for a variance from the required minimum side yard setback to allow for the construction of a 4’ x 20’ 3” addition to Unit #5 of Sunset Beach Condominiums on Parcel 31 018 SBC5 at N8931 C.T.H. “DK”. The property is zoned B-1 and the required side yard setback for a building is 20 feet.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board and/or Plan Commission may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject in which they may have future decision-making responsibilities. All interested parties are invited to attend.
