Request by Mr. Seth Lenss, et al to consider that the Town make a request to the County to add language to the County’s Shoreland Zoning Ordinance under Section 16.06 – Recreation-Residential District for uses allowed under (4) Special Exceptions “to allow for all other permitted uses allowed by the Town’s Zoning Code” or the equivalent.
