NOTICE TO RESIDENTS

    Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Plan Commission Meeting at the RED RIVER TOWN HALL on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025 at 7:00 PM for the following:

   Request by Seth Lenss, on behalf of Macco Lane Holdings, LLC, for a conditional use permit (“CUP”) to construct a private mini-storage club rental units on the 3.469 parcel of land being parcel 31.018.7.GL.4.1 located at E2052 Macco Lane.  The CUP is required to allow the construction of private mini-storage club rental units as Mini-Warehouses under Section 10.0310.D-24 in a B-1 District

    Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject in which they may have decision-making responsibilities.  All interested parties are invited to attend. John M. Maas – Zoning Administrator – Town of Red River
