Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Plan Commission Meeting at the RED RIVER
TOWN HALL on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 7:00 PM for the following:
Request by Tory and Melissa Annoye for a Conditional Use Permit (“CUP”) to construct a 36’ x 40’
Accessory Structure on Parcel 31 018 DB 20 located on Wellers Lane. The CUP is required to allow for the
construction of a Stand Alone Accessory Structure on a 2 nd Tier Lot under Section 10.0404 D.2. in a RS
District. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board may be present at this meeting to gather
information about a subject in which they may have decision-making responsibilities. All interested parties are
invited to attend.
