NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
Please take notice that two (2) public hearings will be held at the Board of Appeals Meeting at the RED
RIVER TOWN HALL on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 7:00 PM and 7:15 PM for the following:
Request by Celina M. Simon for variances to exceed the square footage requirements under Section 10.0404 E.
- and to exceed the height requirements under Section 10.0404 E. 3 to replace the existing accessory structure
on Parcel 31 018 2.111 located at E1797 C.T.H. “X”. Said Sections limit the square footage to no more than the
square footage of the footprint of the primary structure and limit the heights of an accessory structure to be no
higher than 14 feet to the peak or no higher than the height of the principal structure on the parcel. Said parcel is
zoned Rural Residential District – RR.
Request by Robert & Denise Stahl for variances to the location requirements under Section 10.0404 D., to
exceed the square footage requirements under Section 10.0404 E. 2. and to exceed the height requirements
under Section 10.0404 E. 3 to construct a new accessory structure on Parcel 31 018 30.113 located at E0160
Thiry Daems Road. Said Sections require the accessory structure to be located in the side or rear yards, limits
the square footage to no more than the square footage of the footprint of the primary structure and limits the
heights of an accessory structure to be no higher than 14 feet to the peak or no higher than the height of the
principal structure on the parcel. Said parcel is zoned Rural Residential District – RR.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board and/or Plan Commission may be present at this
meeting to gather information about a subject in which they may have future decision-making responsibilities.
All interested parties are invited to attend.
