  4. Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the RED RIVER TOWN HALL on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, 2022 at 7:15 PM for the following:

Charles and Monica Wagner, as Trustees, for the Charles R. & Monica Wagner Trust, are requesting that a part of Parcel 31 018 23.162 described as follows be rezoned from A-1 Prime Agriculture to RR Rural Residential as part of a property transfer between adjacent parcels.

Part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, Section 23, Township 25 North, Range 23 East, Town of Red River, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 23, T25N-R23E; thence S00°00’52″W along the Section line, 1315.74 feet to the 1/16 corner; thence S88°09’54″W along the 1/16 line, 210.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence S00°00’52″W, 176.04 feet; thence N85°18’25″W, 17.89 feet; thence N05°38’02″W, 174.30 feet to said 1/16 line; thence N88°09’54″E, 35.00 feet to the point of beginning. Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 23, T25N-R23E; thence N88°20’37”E along the Section line, 1132.94 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1 and the point of beginning; thence continue N88°20’37”E along said Section line, 13.84 feet; thence S01°39’23”E, 179.00 feet; thence S88°20’37”W, 13.84 feet; thence N01°39’23”W, 179.00 feet to the point of beginning.
