NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the RED RIVER TOWN HALL on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 7:00 PM for the following: Daniel C. Wery and Kim Wery are requesting that a part of Parcel 31 018 19.132 described as follows located at N8243 C.T.H. “H” be rezoned from A-1 Prime Agriculture to LE Large Estates Residential. Part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 19, T 25 N, R 23 E, Town of Red River, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at the East ¼ corner of said section; thence S 00055’36” E along the East line of said Southeast ¼ section 474.71 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 00055’36” E along said East line 475.00 feet; thence N 89029’05” W 458.67 feet; thence N 00055’36’ W 475.00 feet; thence S 89029’05” E 458.67feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel containing 217,800 square feet, 5.00 acres of land more or less. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject in which they may have decision-making responsibilities.
