      Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Plan Commission Meeting at the RED RIVER TOWN HALL on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 7:00 PM for the following:Request by Rick DeJardin to Rezone all of Parcel 31 018 18.044 consisting of 14.50 acres as follows: Rezone Part of Parcel 31 018 18.044 from A-1 to LE:

Part of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 2013, recorded in Volume 11 of CSMs on Pages 167 & 168 as Document No. 479071 in Part of the Southeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 18, Township 25 North, Range 23 East, in the Town of Red River, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin, excluding the following:Commencing at the East ¼ corner of said section; thence S 89° 56′ 27″ W along the South line of said Southeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ 241.45 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 89° 56′ 27″ W along the said South line 240.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence N 01° 14′ 04″ E 544.64 feet; thence N 89° 56′ 27″ E 240.00 feet; thence S 01° 14′ 04″ W 544.64 to the point of beginning.  Said parcel consists of 11.50 acres, more or less.
