Please take notice that three (3) public hearings will be held at the Planning Commission Meeting at the RED RIVER TOWN HALL on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 7:00 PM, 7:15 PM, and 7:30 PM for the following:
- Request by Attorney Abts, on behalf of the Estate of James J. Jonet, Sr., that part of Parcel 31 018 30.167 described as follows be rezoned from LE Large Estates Residential to RR Rural Residential so that it can be attached to Parcel 30 018 30.1612.
Part of Tax Parcel No. 31 018 30.167: A parcel of land located in the South Half (S½) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of Section Thirty (30), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Twenty-three (23) East, Town of Red River, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
